Brandi Manna, CPA is the founder of B. Mae Accounting, an accounting practice focused on controller and advisory services.  

Brandi is a seasoned accountant specializing in outsourced accounting services with two decades of experience in financial management, internal controls, and compliance. Brandi's experience includes roles as Chief Financial Officer, controller, manager of internal controls over financial reporting for publicly traded companies, and Senior Manager of an outsourced accounting practice of a regional public accounting firm. 

Brandi has provided comprehensive financial and accounting controller services to non-profit organizations with assets of up to $30 million. She has successful experience in managing operating budgets in excess of $7 million. 

She has experience with building relationships with Boards of Directors by building transparency in the reporting process and, working together with individuals to achieve the financial and cash flow management needs of an organization.    

In addition, Brandi has been responsible in implementing strategic initiatives to lead a diverse team of thirty staff members, including six offshore employees in India. Brandi has experience in streamlining departmental operations and has been instrumental in implementing firm-wide initiatives to enhance the outsourced accounting services experience offered to clients.

In her free time, Brandi enjoys traveling, hiking, tennis, yoga, and reading. She lives in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania with her husband and their rescue dog, Wanda.
